RESILIENT INFRASTRUCTURE + SECURE ENERGY

On Tuesday, June 15th, the Resilient Infrastructure + Secure Energy (RISE) Consortium™ hosted “The Future of Resilient Infrastructure and Secure Energy (RISE), a virtual event on addressing the energy security and climate crises.

Current Challenge: The United States and the world face profound energy security and climate crises. The federal government is the world’s largest user of energy, overseeing hundreds of thousands of buildings, making its critical mission uniquely vulnerable to extreme weather, cybersecurity attacks, and energy supply chain disruptions.

The Future: We unpacked how industry and the federal government can work together to reimagine:

  • How we use, generate, transport, and store energy
  • How we build efficient, modern, and resilient infrastructure
  • How we scale innovative technologies to accelerate energy security and infrastructure modernization
